Build a route around three details
A short walk can have a structure without a destination. Choose three ordinary details within a comfortable distance: a tree, a public square and an interesting wall, for example. Connect them using paths you are allowed to use.
Check crossings, accessibility and the weather before setting out. Leave enough time to pause without rushing the return. The point is not to cover a particular distance but to notice how the spaces between the three details connect.
After the walk, sketch the route from memory. What you leave out can be as interesting as what you remember clearly. Use a proper map whenever navigation or safety requires it.
